The Hope for Better Future Self-Development Programme invites migrant women to a vital and empowering session on the Psycho-Social Challenges of Migrant Women, facilitated by Tagwa Hamed, a medical professional with extensive experience in mental health and psycho-social care. This session will focus on understanding the unique physical and emotional challenges that migrant women face when settling into a new culture and society.
Migrant women often encounter significant stressors, including trauma from displacement, cultural adaptation, isolation, and the pressures of new societal expectations. These challenges can affect both their mental and physical health. Through this programme, participants will gain insights into how migration impacts their overall well-being and how to effectively address these challenges to lead healthier, more fulfilling lives.

Whether you’re navigating life in a new country or simply looking to support others, this programme will provide the tools, knowledge, and community needed to create a healthier, more hopeful future.
